Child Placement Application

Steps to apply:

1. The best first step is to call Pine Vale and discuss your need for placement (662-286-6555)
2. The applications process does not begin until all supporting documents are received.
3. Once everything is received, the application process will begin, your application will be reviewed by our team and we will contact you as soon as possible (usually within 7 business days).
4. We set up an interview with you, your child, and any supporting staff at Pine Vale. This will include a full explanation of what Pine Vale expects of their residents and their families, as well as what you should expect from us.
5. Following the interview, you should expect an answer within the next week.

Please be aware:

• Acceptance does not mean immediate placement.
• Acceptance may be conditional and may mean being placed on a waiting list for available space.
• If we are not able to accept your child, we will try to refer you to resources that we feel might be able to help you.
