Meet our Amazing Staff & Families

Jon is married to Marci O’Keefe. They have been married for thirty years. They have two sons who are students at Harding University. Jon came to Pine Vale to serve as Executive Director in 2021. Before that, he served as Program Director for 2 ½ years at Shults-Lewis Child and Family Services in Valparaiso, Indiana.

Before that, he served as Residential Services Director for five years at Central Texas Children’s Home in Buda, Texas. Before getting into child care, he served as a pulpit minister for various congregations for 20 years.

He holds a diploma from the Memphis School of Preaching, a Bachelor of Arts in Biblical Studies from Southern Christian University, and a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Amridge University in Montgomery, Alabama.

Angie began her career at Pine Vale in 1994 as a relief houseparent. After leaving briefly, she returned in 1996 to work in the office as the office manager. Angie is a native of Corinth, MS, and is interested in seeing children grow and thrive despite adversity.

She is married to Wayne Strickland and has two grown children and four grandchildren. She has seen many children and changes at Pine Vale throughout her years of service and loves to see the children who have come through grow and thrive as they build their own families.

Patricia Dillingham has worked at Pine Vale Children’s Home for 8 years. She has been married to Stan Dillingham for twenty-three years. We attend Strickland Church of Christ. I have enjoyed teaching a Bible class at church for more than thirty years. She sits at the first window you come to when you visit our office and is the person who answers the phone when you call.
