There are often times we can help you, or direct you toward help, over the phone.
The applications process does not begin until all supporting documents are received.
Once everything is received, the application process will begin, your application will be reviewed by our TEAM and we will contact you as soon as possible (usually within 7 business days).
The next step would be to set up an interview with you, your child, and any supporting staff at PV. This will include a full explanation of what Pine Vale expects of their residents and the families, as well as what you should expect from us.
Following the interview, you should expect an answer within the next week.
Acceptance does not mean immediate placement.
Acceptance may be conditional and may mean being placed on a waiting list for available space.
